Our most frequently asked questions and answers

What is required to create an account?
Swedish users sign up with Swedish BankID and an email address. International customers use their phone and SMS verification instead. To create an account for a company, you need to be the authorized signatory or board member of the company.
Do I need to have an annual plan to be able to send documents for signing through Formify?
No, we offer pay-as-you-go, which means you can make a top-up to pay only for the number of signatures you need. You can pay by card or by using Klarna.
Can I pay monthly?
Instead of monthly payments, we have chosen pay-as-you-go, which means that you top-up a balance that will be used for your documents to be signed (your balance does not expire).
Is it free to send a document to be signed?
We offer new business accounts a welcome offer, which means that you, as a new user of the service, can test it completely free of charge (this only applies if you register your company). No credit card is needed to register an account - you choose when you're ready for your first top-up/annual plan. However, an active annual plan or sufficient balance is required to be able to send a document.
When is a signature charged?
The cost of a signature is reserved when a document is sent, but it is only charged when the signature is completed.
Can I use an annual plan for my personal account?
No, annual plans are available for companies, associations and organizations. For your private account we offer pay-as-you-go instead.
Can I use Formify for private errands?

Can I use Formify for several different companies?
