We created Formify because we thought there was a product missing on the market - it was not possible to send an agreement for signing and only pay for that single individual agreement. Many providers made it difficult for the user to understand the regulations and laws that apply to digital signatures. If traditional signatures, made with paper and pencil, are to be replaced by modern technology, it can't be too complicated.
Can we formalize the way we sign? We asked ourselves that question and were convinced that we could make it easier, smoother and more understandable for the user. "Formalize" became the watchword and we simply became Formify!
Is it really a good idea to enter an industry with so many competitors? We chose to look at it differently. The majority of the competitors made their own complex solutions aimed at larger organizations and companies. Maybe not so strange that their pricing plans were year-long and their solutions difficult to understand?
The solutions were simply not intended for individuals or smaller companies. Those who just need to get a document signed as quickly as possible, in a safe and secure way - those who do not want to spend more than €10 - where should they turn?
According to the European Commission, small enterprises represent 99% of all businesses in Europe. Our goal is to help those companies. We aim to be the most flexible e-signing service for small businesses within the EU. Our pricing model must be transparent - it should be as easy to buy a contract for signing as it is to do online shopping. It does not matter if it is a private matter or an agreement on behalf of the company.
Juast as we started the Corona virus came and changed both everyday life and working life for all of us. At the same time, the climate issue is more relevant than ever and minimizing climate impact is something all companies have a responsibility to do. We ourselves had to act and we started to work remotely, which is now the new normal for us. In other words, we have been a green company from the start and want to continue on that path.
